Certification has become big business, any organization according to USDA can certify the halal meat but in this current times a lot of people are certifying halal meat for their own profits, the organization who are certifying the halal meat mostly are the corrupt organization who are certifying for money, there is certification of every meat even the gas stunned chicken and machine cut chicken also have halal certificate and stunned beef and lambs still have the halal certificate so there are corrupt people who are issuing this certificate so as a Muslim consumer we should not believe in those certificate and verify ourselves before buying that meat or eating in a restaurant.
